Eczema or something else?

This patch first appeared a few days ago and I thought it was eczema. It doesn't seem to be getting any better so now I am concerned it may be a fungal thing.

Any thoughts?

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but my DD has pretty bad eczema, and hers doesn't really look like this. DD's does not have the larger bumps that are in these pictures- the bumps are very small and not all that bumpy (I know that sounds weird). Also, what does the rash feel like? Eczema usually feels like sandpaper.

I hope you figure it out!
