Anyone know where "Max & Ruby"'s parents are?

I always thought the dynamic on this show was strange. Ruby is Max's big sister and takes care of him. But she seems to be a young girl too, if her activities are any indication. She's in some kind of bunny scouts and I think she goes to school still.

One of the first episodes I ever saw, Max messed up his pajamas like 5 times in one night. She was so patient with himi. I would have lost it. I guess if nothing else the show is a model for gentle discipline!

Have you heard Ruby's annoying, nasal, grating voice??? I am sure they got tired of her harping and left. Max just doesn't have a car, give him time and he will be gone soon...

Honestly- you have asked the question I've wanted to know since the first time I saw the show! They go see Grandma- why doesn't Grandma take them in, knowing they've been abandoned and all?

We like Max and Ruby LOL they are mellow and sometimes we need mellow here. Nathan also does Max and Ruby on noggin.com.

I like it too. But I don't like for hours afterwards sometimes DS will act like Max. He will just say what he wants using one word and saying it over and over again. "Puzzle". 30 seconds later "Puzzle." Rinse and repeat.

I don't really like Max & Ruby either. I thought I was going to go crazy with that pajama episode. (Glad I'm not the only parent who's blood pressure was rising while watching!) I don't even think that there is a doorway off the hallway for their parent's room. Weird.
