Can anyone recommend a historical weather site?

I'm trying to plan a snow trip. LOL. I know, who knows if or when it will snow in S. California! Anyway, I was trying to base it upon last year's snow since it we had such a mild winter, and I'm hoping this one is better.

Not necessarily a historical site, but here's the link to the National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center:

Scroll down to the bottom where it shows precipitation (rain in LA --> snow in the mountains). It's a pretty interesting site; there are tons of other links to browse through.
