DD has outgrown her large FBs, and we're looking to buy some XL ones. Unfortunately, the availability of the colors diminishes once you hit XL, so we may have to wait on some of our color choices. That being said, while I know this really is a matter of personal taste, I was wondering if any of you had particular favorites in the colors or if any of them were less than you expected when you received them. The first color we ordered in the large size was pink, and I was a little disappointed with how light it was. We love lavendar and the peach. Beyond these two colors, I need help deciding!

Thanks!

The pink is the only one that is light like that. If you like the peach and the lavendar, you will like any of the other light colors. Except maybe butter yellow. It's light too, but it's actually one of my favorites.

I found this color chart at naturalbabies.com and borrowed it to show you:

I like the red, it's a nice clear red color. I don't like the blue as much but that's probably because it looks too boyish to me. :)

I have 7 of them, baby pink, peach, lavender, blue, yellow, butter yellow. and one more I can't remember now, plus a red with the broken snap that was replaced. If you want to see any of them in person, just let me know. :)

I just ordered a rainbow of colors from Natural Babies but have had the sage green (morning green) and LOVE it! I think it is so pretty. I'm glad to hear you like the lavender becuase and someone else the butter yellow because I included those in Finn's rainbow. However, I mostly ordered whatever colors DH liked since these are the dipes that he likes to use. I need to keep him excited about the CD's because he's fallen of the wagon and had been buying and using sposies!

If my periwinkle ones are clean I find myself pulling those out first to use on Olivia! I do not know if they are available in XL though. I also love the Morning Green.

I LOVE the primary colors...orange, red, green and the darker blue are my faves. I tend to like bright colors and I have a boy, though!

I love the primary colors too, and I have a girl! The turquoise is also very nice, if you like bright colors. :)

I'd love to see them in person, but I'm wayyyyyyy too impatient :-) Thank you so much though for the offer. From the color wheel the butter yellow seemed like it might be too light for my taste, but I've been very torn because it seems like everyone has it in stock. I'm not sure if I'll take the plunge with it or not. Oddly enough, Angelia has decided that she doesn't particularly like her periwinkle diaper (which I do) and doesn't want a new one. I guess that's what I get for asking for her opinion!

Not that I can find them anywhere in XL, but has anyone seen the bug print? Is it cute?

Thanks again!

Is it just the color she objects to, or the whole FuzziBunz concept?

I've been afraid of the bug print since I read about them wicking.

I was thinking that I can't wait until Logan helps me pick out a cute diaper for her to wear, but I hadn't considered she might not like the same ones I do!

If you really want cuteness, check out http://www.fuzzybutt.com where you can get Fuzzibunz with embroidery on the butt.

It's funny that you ask about Angelia's objection, because she is SO opposed to wearing sposies. I switched to CDs a few months before she turned two, and she started out being just being unhappy when I'd run out of FBs and need to use a Huggies. About 3 months into full-time CDing she began to cry miserably when I'd run out of FBs and say another FB wasn't dry for the day. That's when I started blowdrying them on a really cool setting :-) and invested in some more FBs.

She doesn't really object to wearing the periwinkle now, just doesn't want a new one.

Yup, I've been salivating over one of those fuzzybutt diapers. I was hoping to get in on the buy six get one embroidery free deal, but she's no longer doing it. She also doesn't have many XL FBs in stock. But thanks for the tip. I was eyeing a fish pattern on an acqua diaper.....
