disposables for tall thin baby?

Hi-
My 4month old DD is in the 75th %ile for height and the 25-50th for weight (12.5 lbs). We have no idea what size diaper she should be wearing. Size 2 Huggies and pampers leave a plumber's crack and poop escapes up onto her back. Size 3 (both pampers and huggies) leak urine from the leg openings if she's on her side when she goes.

Should we try another brand? Live with it? Right now she's in size 3 Huggies, since we'd rather have urine than poop on everything.

Try size 3 Huggies Supreme. They are in-between size 2 and 3 Pampers and Ultratrim (baby shape?), and helped us get through that gap. Colin was also tall and skinny - about 90th for height and 25th for weight at that age.
