OK, first off, thanks for all your help with what kinds of diapers for newborns and your input on cloth wipes!! So helpful!! I'm happy I've found this site!

Now what about a diaper pail? I think I plan on dry pailing. I've gone through the old post here about them. What I don't understand is with the Dekoter (sp?) and many of the other you have to use plastic bags right? What if I want/have the washable ones? What is the least smelly, user friendly option? Do these regular diaper pails work well with cloth dipes?

Thanks in advance!

i think most of us just use a trash can. i think the sterlite from target is very popular. i just use a plain ol' boring plastic trash can from walmart that has the push in flippy lid. it is bullet style. does that make sense?

i used a diaper champ before it got too small for the # of dipes i wanted it to hold. it worked well for CDs, but sometimes they got stuck in the flippy lid thing, so i just opened the lid and tossed them in.

the site i mentioned in another post, cloth diapers n'more, has prorap pail liners. they are the cheapest i have seen and are the same thing as the other brands- a PUL bag in red or blue.
