View Full Version : Skip Hop Dash and Quality

I have a SkipHop Dash in Denim, and I love it. I haven't used it much and only had it for a month, and a velcro I haven't used is falling off. Does anyone else have quality issues also? I know I should just talk to the store, but I am being lazy.
I do think it is a huge improvement over the Duo.

I also have a Dash (though its not denim) that I've used pretty heavily since DD was born (3.5 months) and haven't had any problems! Like you said, contact SH and I bet they'll make it right. :)

I have a pink camo dash and a denim dash, as well as a red canvas duo and have had no quality problems with any of them. FWIW, my denim dash has magnetic snaps, not velcro. I think the early ones had velcro?
I would contact their SH CS and ask if they can fix or replace it. I'm sure they will make it right for you!
I love my Dashes! They rock!!

I have two Dashes and one Duo. I use the red Dash almost every day and haven't had any velcro issues. Customer Service at SH has been excellent. I lost the strap off one of the Dashes. I call CS to purchase a new one and they sent me one at no cost. I'd definitely give them a call.

Thank you for all the suggestions! I had no idea there was an upgrade to the design of the dash. I just was a bit annoyed because when you buy things online you just want it to be right instead of having to deal with customer service.

I have a Dash with Velcro (from mid 2005) and have had no problems. Once you contact the company, can you post and let us know how your situation gets resolved? I always like to know if the companies we buy from have good customer service!
