How do we know if a coupon code approved by ebates.com

Is there a special section in ebates.com where I can find all "approved coupon codes"?

To see approved coupons for a specific web site, go to http://www.ebates.com and click on a category to see the list of merchants. If there is a little coupon icon beside the merchant name, click on it and it will give you the approved coupons for that merchant. There is one right now for babyuniverse.com - it's BABY5PER for 5% off.

FYI - I ordered some pet medicine from petcarerx.com and their site specifically came up with a message saying that I couldn't use ebates and the coupon that was emailed to me. :(

This also happened last week on some office equipment that we ordered from officemax.com since ebates wouldn't let you use the code that came from another board, I just chose what would give me the highest discount.

Don't ya hate that you can't use both sometimes?!?!?! :)
