Best price on a wheely bug?

I'm looking for a wheely bug for ds's birthday. Anyone know of a super deal? Also, he's turning 2, about 36" tall and 29 lbs. Should we go for the small (18 months) or large (3 years)?

How funny - I just checked out at target.com a minute ago and bought a small bumblebee for my 1 year old and a large ladybug for my 2.5 year old (she's really tall). I think the best deal is target, because you can go in through fatwallet and get 4.4% back, there is automatic free shipping if you buy two baby things, and I used 10% off coupon TGTENTZY

The second best deal (2 dollars more for me, but no cash back rebate) seems to be amazon because they get free shipping and there's no tax.

I read a review saying the person's 17 month old loved the small one but it seemed like she would outgrow it soon.
