This is just a small deal, but I thought it might serve as a stocking stuffer for some, or maybe a little Toys for Tots donation...
Publix has certain Hotwheels cars on special for .99 right now. In the Family Savings coupon book they have, there is a coupon for $1 off any toy under $29.99
So far, they are the only $1 toy I've run accross there, but I'm sure there are more if you look.
