Does anybody have this?
I love my regular one. Today at the LC's office I used the inflatable one and it seems handy for travel. However, I have never seen one deflated.
Does anyone have?
How small is it deflated? I am thinking about getting it for travel. Would it work in a coach airline seat? DD is 6 months old, but still likes to be on the pillow.

Hi Marisa,

I have an inflatable My Brest Friend pillow. It's fairly small deflated - about brick sized. I have travelled a bit with mine and love it.

You do need to take the cover off to inflate/deflate it so it takes a little time and might be hard to wrestle together on a plane. Once it's put together, I think it would work in a coach seat if you can put up the arm and spill over into the neighboring seat (DH's?). It's kind of wide, as you know.

I BF DS on the plane in my lap - even then his head sometimes stuck out into the aisle and I had to turn us sideways a bit but it was very do-able (even in the small prop planes).

Take care,

Audrey, mother to Graham

I had both the regular and the inflatable and loved both. I used the inflatable for travel only and it was great. It folds down really small like the pp said. I, however, never removed the cover to deflate it. I just unzipped the cover to the valve, opened the valve, and then just rolled the entire pillow up from one end until all the air was out. Rolled up it was the shape of a cone. I ended up selling both of my pillows after Conner turned one since we weren't breastfeeding as much, but I find myself missing them every day and am always reaching for other pillows, etc to make myself comfortable. I've even thought of repurchasing one.

Here it is folded up next to a small pair of paper scissors.
