Without going into too much boring detail, Sunday night I noticed a smoldering smell coming from my PISA motor. I called Monday morning, faxed them my packing slip which was the only thing I could find and they overnighted me an entire NEW PISA. (I was just expecting the motor part.) AND it got here in less than 24hrs.

They were super nice about it and although they do want the old motor back to see what went wrong (they're paying for all the shipping), they said I could keep all of my old accessories.

SO first of all - whatever pump you choose, I can't stress enough getting it through an authorized dealer. And second, I'm very impressed at how nice AND fast the Medela people are.

Maybe I'm just beaten down after going three rounds with a stroller drama, but when you pay hundreds of dollars for something, it's nice to be treated like a consumer not a criminal.

Wow that is impressive! I have always been impressed with their customer service. I tried their washable nursing pads and they leaked the first time. I was disappointed and told them and they sent me two new boxes the next day. They are really great to work with. I am glad you had such a good experience as well.
