I'm not sure where to post this but I'll start here first. Would like to make smoothies with protein powder, just not sure which to try??? No dietary restrictions really, just something that would taste good in a smoothie for my kiddos...

TIA,

Gina

I'm not really sure how well your body absorbs protein from a source like that compared to real food. But, this could fit the bill:
Kashi GoLean (nothing funky in it that really makes it a diet drink, unlike a Slimfast):

I used to buy it at Whole Foods and the chocolate flavor was pretty tasty (never tried any of the others). Highin protein and fiber.

I've recently started using the the Vanilla & Chocolate protein shakes for myself and my 9mo DD from a company called Arbonne. It's great because it's sweetened with stevia, a natural sugar instead of an artificial sweetner, it's a kosher product, it's got 18 grams of protein, and is low in carbs! I make smoothies using this, mashed bananas, orange juice, and frozen fruits/berries! It's better than Jamba Juice and is more nutritious too! If you would like more info or have questions, PM me, but below is the website so you can check it out! Good luck!
