ISO rainboots in size 3 (baby/toddler)

Do they even make them this small? I feel liked I've looked everywhere and the smallest I've found is 4. Since DD is such a peanut (17 lbs, size 2 in shoes) at 16 months she would swim in a size 4, not to mention they would be too high.

Any suggestions? I know she's going to want to be splashing around with big brother once spring arrives (we're in Canada - still winter).

I don't think I've ever seen them that small. Maybe try Carters?

Have you tried Real Canadian Superstore??? I think I saw some there. You could try Please Mum, they might have them.
