Safety 1st 3 in 1 deal?

I am looking for a car seat for grandmas car. I found a safety 1st 3 in 1 for $65 at Kmart. Is this seat any good at this price? I was going to do an Avenue or Uptown until I saw this one. Any feedback would be really appreciated!

What was the exact name (there are quite a few)....and what are the child's age, weight, height????

Avenue or Uptown are really a lot nicer for only a few bucks more (much taller top slots, will last you maybe a year longer harnessed if the weight limit isn't exceeded).
