Looking for a discontinued accessory

I have a Peg Pliko from when my DS was an infant (probably a 2001 or 2002 model) and I had been meaning to buy a universal car seat attachment bar for subsequent children but never got around to it back then. Now I am expecting again and am looking for one and of course it's been so long since they've been discontinued. I found a couple NIB ones on Craigslist but neither seller was willing to ship and I haven't seen any on Ebay. Does anyone have any tips on where to look for one? I assumed since it's discontinued the company wouldn't still sell them, but maybe that would be someplace to ask as well.

Have you tried calline peg-perego's customer service department. they were helpful for finding parts for me.

I was also looking for a boot/rain cover for 2007 primo viaggio car seats which did not ship with them (the 2006 model was the last to have them). I contacted peg perego customer service and they actually had them for $56 each, but they had them nonetheless.
