what do you use to store the dough in after you've mixed it and it is ready for the refridgerator? I am having a hard time figuring out what container would work that has a lid but not 'airtight'. Anyone? TIA!

I use a big tupperware but just don't snap the lid on completely. I just set the lid on top to make sure it isn't airtight. I am loving that book by the way! So far I've tried 3 recipes and loved them all.
