called the doc told her how expensive the Effexor is she told me I can get some generic medication's at Walmart for $ 4 !!!! So now instead I'll try the generic version of Celexa, anyone one this one ??

I took Lexapro which is the newer version/sister med to Celexa. My SIL took Celexa when she had PPD after her 1st born and then again when her 2nd DD was born. She had nothing but good things to say about it and I would have happily taken it too but the psychiatrist I saw had samples of Lexapro and gave me a bunch to get me started right away.

I hope the Celexa does the trick for you. If it doesn't you can always attempt to switch to something else! Good luck!

Celexa is a good one generally... it works for a number of people really well. I didn't do well on prozac or zoloft, but celexa worked well.

my mistake, it was cymbalta. either way, good meds are THE BEST!!
