I'm looking to take my kids overseas by myself.. DD will be 8 months old and DS will be 4.. DS haven't sat in a stroller in over a year but I want to get a CHEAP double stroller for the airport etc.. Any suggestions on which stroller I should look at?

Well let me also say.. DS haven't been in a stroller in over a year because he gets driven from door to door but during this trip, I will not be driving so there is a lot of walking, thats why i think a double would come in handy...

I hate to say this, but it's really hard to find an inexpensive double, period, particularly one that is going to be comfortable for a four year old. Have you thought about something like a sit and stand?

a single stroller with a built in toddler step (p3 or zippy) and a good carrier may be a more practical option. your ds can stand on the toddler board most of the time. if he needs to sit or nap, you can put the baby in the carrier and let ds ride in the stroller. you may even be able to put your ds in the carrier -- i've heard of people carrrying 4 yr olds in an ergo.
if you decide to get a double, look at the bjcmd and the esprit sun speed duo.

I purchased a used Peg Perego Aria Twin off of Craigslist and use it as my airport & travel stroller. DS1 is 3 and DS2 is 1. DS1 is getting tall for it, but it keeps him contained in the airport. It folds down nicely for a double and isn't too heavy.
You might check craigslist for used strollers or post a WTB and see what happens.

Oooh! I think DH will kill me if I buy this! (We just got the Bob Duallie, which I still would keep) But it's a GREAT deal right?

OP, hopefully you see this because it sounds exactly like what you are looking for!
For me, I kind of wanted to keep a lighterweight double in my car and then have the BOB for everyday walks in my neighborhood (so similar to my current P3/MBUS situation).
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...............
