Bathroom faucet fountain?

I was wondering if anyone has used one of these faucet fountain gizmos (http://www.organize.com/whfafo.html). I'm looking for something to make it easier for my DD to reach the water for washing/brushing etc.
Has anyone seen it in a B & M store?
