Help!! ISO an orange funky fabric for window valance...

Since my favorite color is orange, I was thinking maybe an
orange funky/fun fabric for our window valances in the basement.
I'm sure that I could find someone on Etsy to make them for me.

The basement is painted in Benjamin Moore "Monroe Bisque"
with white trim.

I'm not a fabric person and I don't know what fabric brands
are good/bad or cheap/expensive, etc.

But, I don't want to pay a lot for window valances going in my basement.

I just want something reasonably priced and cool/crazy/fun/funky fabric
that makes me smile. :)

I guess I could take this right to Etsy. I thought maybe I should have the fabric
first but it would probably make more sense to let the seamstress find it.
