Cross-Posting a Quick Question

I'm trying to clean/wash my 5 year old Graco Snugride infant carrier. I got the seat cover off successfully, but is there any way to wash the canopy/shade? It doesn't look like it comes off, but maybe I'm missing something.

It's been in the basement for several years, so I'd love to be able to really get it clean. If it won't come off, what's the next best option?

Push the fabric aaaaaalllll the way over on each 'rib' till you get to the connector pieces in the middle of the rib...they are sort of tabs in slots that can in theory be taken apart to get the fabric off.

:yeahthat: they connect in the center. Pull hard and they will come apart.
