Putting on the Pikkolo - need help!

Got my new Pikkolo yesterday. I know it gets some getting used to but I wasnt able to put it on without the help of DH. I get how to put it on but just cant seem to maneuver the straps around my body and baby without feeling like I may drop her. Any tips?

Also, we got the Orbit design. Is it me or does it look like it's been washed a few times when you first received yours?

It gets easier...I can get it on really fast now.

I got the orbit pattern too. I didn't really notice anything when I got it but now that you mention it, I think with the type of fabric it might have more of a washed/worn look?
