? for Valco Trimode Runabout Owners

I currently have the seat in my Valco completely reclined for my baby. He is 5 months, 3 weeks though and wants to be able to look out. How in the world do I raise the seat back? I don't remember how I fully reclined it and the manual says nothing about adjusting the stinkin seat recline. I bought my Valco in the fall of 06.

You just pull up on the "ribbon" in back. You squeeze the two pieces of plastic together and pull down to recline and pull the ribbon up to raise it.

Thanks. I figured it out. I needed to loop back the small belts around the frame to pull up the seat back and then pulled on the ribbon. I don't like that mechanism! What a pain!

Really? I just pull the ribbon straight up and and it raises right up. Huh.
