Wii Sports Resort-FUN!!!

12 activites, variations on each one also. Wakeboarding, archery, canoeing, skydiving are just some of the fun things! This is definitely going to get a lot of play at my house. :boogie:

I agree it's tons of fun. I got it yesterday and tried the canoe, archery, wakeboarding, and basketball. Martie raves about the 100 pin bowling.

When I went to game stop yesterday I reserved Super Mario brothers. I can't wait for that. I used to play that over and over and over again.

Is it good exercise? Not that it needs to be, I'm just curious (& lookng for another excuse to buy it!)

What accessories do you need to play? We just have the wii-motes, not the steering wheel or wii fit accessories etc etc. Do I need those for the resort game?

The games come with one Wii MotionPlus, which is an enhancement for the Wii-Mote. The other accessory you will need is nunchucks for the archery, bicycling and power cruising games. We didn't hook up the nunchucks last night so I can't give a review of those games yet. As Sonia mentioned the 100 pin bowling is a blast! My DH was very impressed with the basketball- he said the motion was definitely like trying to make a basket (I was having a hard time with that one as DS was on my lap at the time.)

Thanks for the review! I saw it the other day and was wondering if it is worth it in addition to the other similar Wii games (Outdoors, Fitness, Sports). I am going to have to save up, looks like fun. :-)
