Full Flat Recline Strollers?????

I need help. I bought the Pilko P3 stroller for my now 3 year old and absolutely hate it. It's heavy and bulky and worst of all, it does NOT recline flat which made it impossible for my tummy-sleeper to nap in. I now have a 4 month old and want to get another stroller but don't want the same problem. Aren't there any light weight strollers that recline flat???? I would prefer not to spend over $300.

Baby jogger city mini reclines pretty much flat. My newborn slept on her belly in it but that was when she was a month or two old, now we have a bugaboo gecko and she just sleeps on her back. Not sure of others that are cheap, light, and recline flat!

Combi's recline flat and are inexpensive, but they do have pro's and con's (we have one and i'm pretty happy with it overall but there are definitely some things i'd change - like the basket!)

I thought that the P3 reclines flat. While there are other strollers that recline flat, it is going to be hard to find something something smaller and lighter than the P3 that also reclines flatter than the P3.

Have you looked into strollers with a bassinet option?
