So other than Snap Circuits, does anyone have a recommendation for a science kit for Kindergarteners?

Thanks

I asked a while back for younger kids, but this thread had some good ideas that might also work for kinder age kids.

I think a magnet kit might be fun. Or one of those scales with the two trays (balance scale? something like that...)

hope the thread helps!

My kids love cooking, I consider cooking a science experiment. Something changes from one thing to another, right?

It is not low fat or the most nutrious, but I can't say enough good things about the Paula Dean Kids Cookbook. It is especially great for Pre-K, K and Grade 1 b/c minimal reading is needed for part of it. My kids love it! When they want to do an activity they go get the book. My grocery cart contents have changed a bit, but they are trying new things and making new things, that is a gift!
