DS is 15months old and currently has no ride-on type toys. I don't think we can accomodate those car type ride-ons due to lack of space. So I am thinking a trike maybe a good option and may last longer. So these are the features I am looking for:
--> adult pushbar (removable would be nice)
--> pedals and footrest (for when adult is pushing him around)
--> seat belts (maybe a good option)
--> indoor & outdoor use
--> the larger the height limit the better (was hoping we could switch to a balance bike when he outgrows this)
Tried out the Little Tikes 3-in-1 Smart Trike and looks like it has most of the features I am looking for. Does anyone have this. How do you like it?

Of course there maybe other options (radio flyer, kettler etc), so if your DC have a trike that you really like, please let me know.
