Best doll house?

My daughter will be 4 years old in March. I was thinking about getting her a doll house for christmas or her birthday.

What doll house is the best for this age group? I dont want to spend a whole lot of money on it (~$100 would get great). I would want something that is durable and would last for several years. I am having another girl in Feb., so chances are she would be playing with this too.

Would love any suggestions.

We have several. :o We have a wooden Plan dollhouse that sometimes gets play time. but my kids fav is the big plastic Loving Family dollhouse. It's a good size, very open, rugged (more rugged than the wooden one), and folds for storage.
