Does HA do price adjusments?

I was at HA outlet on the 1st and bought a couple of items (vest & cords). Just received an email that the outlets will have 20% off starting friday. Will they do price adjust for these items if I take them back after the sale starts?

If you're going back in person (rather than mailing back) what they'll have you do is a return and re-buy at sale prices. Lucky you to live near an outlet - which one?

Generally Hanna's policy is PAs within 14 days on full price items only, but I know the outlets have let customers return and rebuy in the past.

Lake Oswego, OR. I am pretty new to HA and this is the first time I actually went to the outlet. I glanced at the outlet listing before but never looked at it properly since there were like 4 stores (and I was pretty sure there wouldn't be one anywhere near me).

Ah, lucky you! I have a bunch of things on hold there and am not looking forward to the shipping costs when they send them to me! I wish I had an outlet (or even a store) closer to me - I think Oswego is the closest and it's 10 hrs away by car! ;)
