I have found that some of the Swaddlers have the wetness indicator stripe, while other packages of the same size don't have the stripe. The only difference to me is that on the outside of the ones with the stripe it says "blankie soft." Anyone else noticed this?

Could it be a stock issue - my older ones, left over from ds1 do not have that stripe. Newer ones do. Maybe the ones without the stripe are leftovers?

Yea, I am not sure because when DS was newborn the pampers swaddlers didn't have the wetness indicator. We had to decide between the wetness indicator huggies or the mesh lining pampers.

I thought the "blankie soft" boxes had the stripe as well, so I bought a few boxes when I found some on sale. None of them had the stripe. :( These were size 2.

My recent experience: size 2 swaddlers did not have the indicator; size 2 sensitive swaddlers did.

My SIL gave me a half box of both newborn and size one diapers her DS outgrew before she finished the box. Her son is 8 months older than DD. Nethier size had the strips but the packages I've bought do. So the wetness strip must be a recent change. We buy our diapers at the same store.

I think it is the sensitive swaddlers that have it.. The ones from the hospital also have it.. assume it is the same model..
