We have the Eureka 313A2 Enviro Hard-Surface Floor Steamer (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001LYFBHG/ref=oss_product). It's the highest steam temp available, so it seems to kill the most bugs and gets all the stickies out. Comes with the mop system, funnel, measuring cup and steam tray. We have no carpet in our house, only linoleum, and we can clean the entire house on 1 tank.

This came highly recommended to me, so I got it, and I love it! We have shiny black tile (for now) in our kitchen, and when I don't want to get on my hands and knees and buff it, this is the ONLY thing that has kept it looking good. I also use it our hardwood floors and it's been great!

I have a shark and I'm happy with it but I recently found this review on Amazon. Lots of information.

WE have this one too, I LOOOOOVE it.

My mom has the shark and I would not recommend it, it does not clean as well, doesn't reach as high a temperature, therefor doesn't sterilize and I've read it breaks easily.

Do you know if this can be used on laminate flooring? I have a Shark and don't really like it, but do like using a steam mop over any other cleaning method I've tried. I'm just concerned that 220 degrees might be too hot for laminate.
