Little Tikes BOGO

So TRU ad and online says ALL Little Tikes BOGO and then lists "eligible items." I was looking for a shopping cart for DD and it is in stock at 27.99 but not listed as buy one, get one. Anyone know how TRU normally runs this special. I have seen it before but find it irritating if it clearly states ALL Little Tikes toys and then excludes some under the 29.99 price cap...

I saw B1G1 all Little Tykes (anniversary sale) up to $29.99. The email promo and in-store sign stated that deal. I'd call CS if it's not listed.
Having twins, it was perfect...I bought two of those giraffe ride ons for $29.99 total.
