Anyone still doing this?

I meant to do my assessment this weekend, but I forgot :o so I did it today, and I did make 200! :cheerleader1: I got to 160 and I was dying :ROTFLMAO: but decided I was going to just do it.

I really like this style of program. The short challenges are totally my style because I get bored. :o

I want to do the 100 push ups challenge next. Anyone else?

I'm sort of still doing it! I haven't really been following the M/W/F schedule- I think I'm on day 2 of week 3 right now...oops!

AF derailed me.... Nothing like cramps and sit-ups. I am ready to start again, although it is a use it or lose it thing, so I am sure I back tracked a bit...

I'm in! I didn't keep up with the sit-ups. I was able to do 200 from the start and didn't feel a ton of motivation to keep it up. However, I know I can't do many push-ups at all and I would love to be able to. The most I've ever been able to do is 40 and that's when I was working out regularly with a trainer. So, getting anything over that would be amazing. I'm sure I could only do about 10 now!

Yeah, I am embarrassed to say that I could barely do 5 push-ups when I tried a few weeks ago. I was never *that* great, but I could do 4 sets of 10 at one time. I've added them into my weekly workout routine and I can now just barely do 3 sets of 8. So I figure that's progress. :)

I have still been doing it. I am currently on week 6, and I did not test this last weekend (slacker), but I have been keeping up with the program. I have been improving every week and every day (on the max part), so I think I will be able to do 200 at the end! I probably should do the pushups, but was more interested in the squats (swimwear:boogie:....not).

I've been slacking with posting but I'm on week 4 now. I've also been slacking on the assessments. I'm all for the short challenges, they keep me active and not bored, so I'm happy to join the squats or the push ups once I'm done with the sit ups....my abs really really need the sit ups

I'm still in! I had to repeat week 4 due to a nasty, nasty flu. But I started week 5 this morning!

Just finished week 5, still too much of a slacker to do the assessment, I figure I'll do it after the last week. But my abs seem definitely to have benifitted and if I miss a workout for 2-3 days, I can see the pooch getting worse.
