Potty training 34mo boy?

am I the only person that has a 34 month old boy that is NOT potty trained? He shows no interest in it at all. Even if I try to bribe him! He is starting to show a little interest in it, like he will tell me if I ask him if he is peeing. But as far as wanting to go to the potty - Not At All. He will go for the babysitter because the other kids go at the same time, but he is only at the babysitters 2 days a week. I just feel like I'm the only one with a (almost) 3 year old that is not potty trained! :cry:

not even close. mine's 3 1/2, no interest at all.

but since he had an ileostomy for a year (that was successfully reversed), i don't care if i have to change diapers the rest of his life, so we're good.

DS1 PT'ed at 37 months. DS2 PT'ed at 35 months. I don' think it is odd to be at 34 months and not PTed

DD1 turns 3 next week and she just finished training. She really git the swing of it last month and then mastered poop a week ago. We'd been trying off and on for about 6mos at least. Wait till he shows he wants to. It'll save you lots of headaches and frustration in the long run.

Nope...G will be that age in a couple of weeks. L did not train until close to 3 1/2. We are not even going to attempt with G until he turns 3. Right now, he wants nothing to do with the potty and I'm not up for it either with moving, new schedule, school starting, etc.

He won't go to Kinder in diapers. We'll get to it when we're ready.

thank you all so much. you make me feel so much better that I don't have the only almost 3 yr old that is not ptrained. He is very smart and I know when he is ready he will train.
