i consider myself fairly "crunchy" (i grew up in SF bay area, i EBF, CD, and do EC) yet i thot these clips were HILARIOUS. i agree with wellyes that it's funny if you kinda see yourself in both moms. especially in the third one where it's basically a martyr-mom contest of who had it harder (in pregnancy, labor, post-partum). i think most every mom has been in some sort of conversation-contest like that!

Most of the moms are pretty cool, but I know there are some who are just like blond mom has to do all of those things esp. since they are first time moms with lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

And I know I have read many convos. here about some of that stuff too. I wish I could find a still of the black mom and put her as my avatar here. That's 100% me in regards to parenting style (although I breastfed for 3 mos., not 1, and I don't have twins) :)

I'm somewhere between the 2 moms: BF 18 months, CD 4 months (so maybe only a couple of baby seals died on my watch), my kids are vaccinated on schedule, I buy organic when I can but my kids do enjoy their goldfish crackers, and I do time-outs.

If only there were a way to give that twin mom some twinskin...

i agree, its more about attitude vs. actual parenting choices. and like PP said, it's really funny if you see some of your own attitude in both moms. for many i think the blonde mom is like one's own inner critic ("you do xxx? let your children do xxx?? you're the world's worst mommy!"). so it's comical and relieving to see how ridiculous these judgmental comments actually sound.

I noticed when you go from page 1 to page 2, sometimes it shows the same ones on page 2 so you think there are no new ones, but then if you flip back to page 1 the new ones are there. Odd. I check this every few days. Another strange thing about xtranormal.com is I haven't seen a way to search by keyword or by the creator's username. Has anyone found a way to do that?
