DS left his water bottle open in his backpack and his math workbook is soaked. Any tricks to get it dry tonight so I can send it back with him tomorrow?

Prop it up, with it open in front a fan - like a desk fan or one on a pedestal. We did this all the time with library books that got returned wet. You need to dry it and keep pages from sticking together, so separate the pages as it dries. Also want to prevent mold growing....

It's a soft cover workbook with 100+ pages and is not standing up very well. I think the pages will end up all saggy/crinkled. I found directions online to iron it. Think that would work? Otherwise, I think I'll offer to see how much a new one costs :).

If you put a tea towel between the page and the iron that might work. You have to be careful that the pages don't rip. Depends on how wet the pages are, if they're not too wet, I might iron the page directly.
Put a stack of other books or something like that behind it. - We use to open the pages and then put something heavy but small in front of each side to keep it open and then put a fan in front of it.
I think the pages will be crinkled, but if you can get it mostly dry, then ironing it would hopefully straighten out the pages.

Thanks. I'll see what I can do tonight.
