I don't know what else to try. The driver's belt in my Odyssey is hitting my neck and it's not comfortable. I've tried moving the seat up/down, tilting it back more, moving it a bit closer to the peddles, but no luck. I've tried moving the belt up and down on its track as well.
I'm averge height - 5'5". I have shorter legs and a longer torso. I would have thought the longer torso would help me avoid this issue, but not so.

I have this problem in my 07 odyssey as well. I will be interested to hear if there are any easy fixes.
I have the 06 Odyssey. Doesn't the seatbelt adjust by sliding up and down where it is routed through the sidewall of the car? I believe it does. I had to adjust mine downward to get the belt to not cut my neck.

Dh's car is a Camry and his seat adjuster is broken, so I bought a cushion to get to the proper position!! It is meant for this purpose and has some sort of gel in it. I bought it at Costco last year, but I doubt they have any left.

Yes it does. I've tried up, down, middle, etc. When I get to preschool early for pickup, I play with everything I can to find a comfortable sitting/driving position where the seatbelt doesn't cross my neck. I am not sure it's possible.

I've given up on this - it's been an issue for me in every car I've ever driven. I currently drive a Chrysler & DH's car is a Honda.

DH's car (Saturn Ion) is the same for me. I've also tried every adjustment. I rarely drive it, but if I did I would *have* to come up with something because the belt really irritates my skin on my neck.

I could have written this post! (except I have an '07 Grand Caravan)
In the 2+ years I've been driving it I have yet to find a combination of adjustments that fixes this issue. I usually just end up pulling my shirt up a little on that side to be between the seatbelt and my skin.
2 cars ago I used a seat wedge for this issue. I have not had the issue in my Odyssey. Although, I have the adjuster set really low for me.

I got a fleece pad that fits over the seatbelt - much more comfortable against my shoulder/neck. You can get them at Target or WalMart.

UGH I'm only 5'1" and this has been a problem for me my whole life!! I've tried some little add on pieces to pull it down but I end up losing them eventually (and I'm not sure I'm really supposed to be adding anything to the seatbelt!) I remember my mom using a pillow when I was a kid (she's 4'9" LOL) but I never thought of using something like that. Maybe I will look into it!

maybe some sort of velco or something thing on the buckle end? to bring those two belts closer to your thigh instead of over the side of the seat, so it lies over your shoulder instead of against your neck? it wouldn't hold in a wreck, of course, but you wouldn't want it to and i'd think the tiny bit of slack would be acceptable. i tried something like that when the shoulder belt hurt my milk-producing boobs SO BAD!! and it made it more bearable to make the belt cross at a different angle.

I have a seatbelt pad too--it works great in my Odyssey. You can google "seatbelt pad" to see pictures.
