easel or table

So do I want to get DD an easel or art table for Christmas? She loves to draw and paint and glue, etc. What do you recommend?

Table got more use around here.

Easel here. The table, being a flat surface in a home with clutterbugs, was often unusable.
eta- we use the kitchen table for everything else.

We finished ours with a nice medium wood stain and a couple of coats of poly.

We have both and they both get used a lot (our easel is magnetic so it gets a lot of magnet play), but if I had to choose, I would go with the table. In addition to art stuff, the kids use them for their workbooks, and DS1 uses it for homework currently.

We have both and the table is much more versatile. DS also uses it for homework.
