Best place to buy chargers? (dining)

This isn't baby related, but we just found out we are hosting and also just moved in so trying to find some chargers to dress up the table. Can anyone recommend the best place to purchase these? I saw some on Target, but the shipping is more than the item's price! Walmart's quailty didn't look that great.

On a side topic - Target makes it difficult to avoid shipping --only free on certain items and you can't identify costs until you've put in your cc!

Do you have a Micheal's nearby? I saw some on sale in there yesterday. Can't remember the exact price but I am thinking around $1 each.

Mine are from Bed Bath and Beyond--1.49 each right now. They are fine--they only get used once a year, though :)

Pier 1 Imports or a Tjmaxx/Marshalls/Homegoods is where I would go to look.

Saw them yesterday at Hobby Lobby. Red and I think gold were in the Christmas stuff so they were 50% off. Don't know the exact price.
