I have 4 girls and picked up a few $5 Barbies at Kohl's Black Friday sale. I also got one for oldest DD's birthday (who turned 6 in Sept), as well as a few accessories. My girls are not that great at picking things up, but I have found if I have a specific place for things (i.e. we use clear plastic containers for blocks, toy cars, little people, etc), it works better. I guess I could go the "clear tupperware" route, but was looking for something a bit...cuter?! How do you store your Barbies/accessories or other small toys like that?

DDs just picked out Barbie storage cases at Target. They were $20 each which I thought was steep, but they had their own money, so what can you do.

Of course I can't find it online... it's pink (shocker! :)) and square and has elastic inside where you can hold Barbies or their clothes. It zips around 3 sides. It has a little scene and mirror inside. They have been lugging them everywhere pretending to go on trips. :)

But we also have a clear plastic storage bin for it all, too. Both work! ;)

I have one of those 9 cube Closetmaid shelves with fabric bins. DD has her Barbies in one fabric bin, and all the little accessories in two clear shoebox bins. Her Barbie car sits in a cube by itself.

I just bought this for DD at Toysrus because I thought it was cute: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2337189 She's getting the Barbie Dreamhouse for Christmas so I thought this could go right next to it.
