I need a good slip on shoe that would be good in the snow. Of course there is the Merrell Jungle Moc, but I'm really hoping to find something prettier. I am a SAHM to three and wear mostly jeans and slacks this time of year. Thanks!

Love the Keen Betty I got for $35 from 6pm.com. Slip on and sporty; great traction. Also, check out the J41 line - Garnet Apres with fur are really cute too.

These might be similar to your Merrell's, but I wear the LE fleece lined clog in the winter.

I received the Privos I posted above yesterday.
They are awful, just awful! Too small, too tight, uncomfortable and the list goes on.
Guess it's back to Merrell Jungle Mocs (or one of the others posted above) for me.

I tried Privos based on love here and they just didn't fit me at all either. Bummer. :(

I have the Merrell Encores and I love them. Unless we have several inches of snow, they are my go to winter shoe.

I've tried Privo's on in the store and they seemed narrow. I would get them if I could find them on sale in wide. I love my fleece lined LE suede clogs. They are able to tromp through some snow b/c they have such a tall lug.

Here is my reservation with the Lands' End shoes (and why I threw out all of my daughters LE shoes a few months ago). Wasn't their something about Microban on their shoes a few months back? Do they still use this on their shoes? TIA!

I think it's only some shoes. Mine don't have microban.

FYI: I don't know if you were considering Danskos at all, but they are not good for the snow. They have no traction.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way. I fell down on my driveway in my Danskos when I was 8 months pregnant. Not fun and not pretty:p

Good to know! Headed to the LE site now. Thanks!
