My cards are late

Was pleasantly surprised that the cards I ordered pretty late would probably be arriving today. The tracking showed them in Chicago late afternoon and they deliver all day here, and several times, so I was hopeful. But now they are showing back in GA, where they came from!

Ugh, I paid for next day air, would you ask for a refund of the ship charge ($25ish)? I don't even know if they will get here tomorrow at this rate!

I would definitely ask for a refund if I paid that much for shipping!

Sorry they're late - that's a bummer. FWIW, we're now sending out New Year's cards instead of Christmas cards, since the printer screwed up our order and there wasn't time to fix it and get them mailed before Christmas.

Heck yeah! I ordered from cardstore.com on 11/29, and there was some sort of "production error" they didn't tell anyone about. I called on 12/11, and they said they were being sent overnight...but I got a regular USPS shipping notice. I called again, and after their offer of a 10% discount was met with silence from me, they just refunded the whole thing. I was P.O'd. Some of my cards had to make it overseas. :irked: They didn't get here until last ThursdayI believe! Sorry to hijack...my point is, CALL! At LEAST get the shipping refunded.
