Remind me - when should kids have pronouns down?

I feel like DS1 was using the correct pronouns by age 4.5 for sure. But, I really don't remember. DD is 4.5 and rarely gets them correct. She says "I" for herself, but can't use she/her and he/him appropriately. We model it and at times correct her outright, but I wonder when it's supposed to be correct.

My DD gets them wrong all the time, too, and Forrest def had it down by this age. DD will be 4 in April, but she uses 'him' and 'her', for 'he' and 'she' all the time. Maybe I'll ask our SLP at work the next time I see him around.

DD#2 will be 4 soon and still mixes up pronouns.

I'm glad it's not just her. I just feel like she's behind on it. I'll try to remember to ask her SLP Tuesday, too. She starts kindergarten in September this year and I don't feel like she quite communicates well enough for that!
