I don't know. I'm in the same boat, and I'll tell you, my first hurdle is consistent childcare. It's driving me insane.
I'm ok with that for DD. She is in pt child care now and they can take her full-time. DS is my issue, but my dad will help me out with that I hope until I can find something consistent. I just want to actually find a job I am qualified for that will call me for an interview. It's been 4 years. I didn't think it would be this hard (I knew it would be hard, but I feel like there is truly nothing out there unless I want retail).
I am right there with you. But I have been out of the workforce for longer. gulp. It is a really hard time right now. But something WILL come up.
I am so ready to go back to work (well, if it were part-time. full-time I am not really ready for) and we need the money and I can't find anything. I feel like a wasted resource.

I'm in the same boat. I would be happy with either parttime or fulltime and can't find either!
I know. I'm doing pt work now. It's not a consistent paycheck though--get paid if the client signs up type of thing. I've been without a client since Halloween. My kids have still been in daycare and aftercare (b/c you know if I give that up I won't get it back when I need it again). So we are drained. We really need the $$ (not for daycare but for other bills). I NEED to find a job.

I'm currently employed and lucky to have a job as I couldn't find anything when I was looking before last summer when I was to change jobs. Since DD2 is due in March I'm not looking for a new job anymore. But I hear you, its so hard these days.
