Hi,

We're needing to put three carseats across in the backseat of our 2007 Hyundai Entourage. We currently own a Graco Snugride, a Britax Diplomat and a BLVD. Our kids are DD Age 3 38.75 inches 28 lbs., DS1 Age 2 35.5 inches 24 lbs, DS2 who has special needs and will be staying in the second row captain's chair so he can sit next to his nurse, and new baby due in June. He's outgrowing the Snugride so we're looking to make a new carseat purchase soon.

Since he and his nurse will take up the whole second row, we'll need to put everyone else in back. He can RF in either Britax seat. We want to spend as little as possible because once he gets his trach out (1-2 years) we'll have all the space we need and can use our Britax seats again.

So.... obviously need to purchase some thinner seats for the back. Right now, I'm thinking of purchasing a Coccoro and a Radian XTSL. The Radian for DD since she's tallest, and then we can see what else fits. Maybe the Coccoro for the baby and DS1 in the BLVD? Maybe the Snugride for the baby and Coccoro for DS1? I'd love some input or suggestions I may not have thought of. DS1 is ffing and will stay that way.

Thanks! Sorry that was long!

Alright, so DD1 is already ffing, right? If so then yes I think a Radian will be a good choice, because then it can be DS2's seat once your DD1 is ready for a belted booster because of the high harness limits. Plus it can keep him RFing to 45lbs.

I don't know if you will need the Cocorro unless you aren't planning on using the Snugride at all, but honestly if you already have a Snugride (not sure what model) that will get the baby to when DS2 gets his trach. removed I think you will be fine because you can always install the Snugride without the base therefore making the infant seat fit a little better on the side. I would put the Radian in the center.

So do you think I can make it work with 1 radian, 1 snugride, and 1 blvd? Or do I need two radians? Thanks. :)
