Toddler shoe boot covers--do these exist?

My mom saw a pair of toddler boot covers at a baby store while traveling but can't remember the brand. She said they were waterproof covers that fit over regular shoes to make them function more like snow boots. She didn't buy them then because they were $$ and she wanted to ask me first.

DS hates his hard soled boots with a passion so I'm curious about these and am trying to track them down. A Google and Amazon search didn't yield much so I'm curious if if any of you have seen them. She doesn't know the name of the store to follow-up that way.

Does such a thing actually exist? Do you know a brand name? Any opinions on them?

Nevermind, it appears they do exist and they are on BabySteals today. I read the email right after posting this, creepy.
