Need "Something Blue" ideas

Needs to be VERY portable. My need to talk to the courthouse with me, then they are flying out of the country.

Seriously considering a gift certificate for a pedi and blue polish.

Borrowed and Blue would be covered if I loan my garter to her.

I used very, very pale blue earrings too. I bought them at our farmer's market, of all places.
