I just wanted to report back on a request for mojo for the sale of my house, that it is under contract in a little under 90 days! It is not a pretty transaction for us by any means, but I am trying to mentally accept this in light of the fact that I can now move on and not have to worry about double housing costs, since we start a lease in our new location in mid-July.
Thanks all who sent mojo my way! I am now having a big glass of wine and a piece of chocolate cake to celebrate. :54:Hopefully the inspection and contingency period will go smoothly.
