Bday gift for my 41 year old brother

Can you ladies help me with a gift for my brother, he will be 41 this weekend.

He isn't in need of much. He loves to read. He has back problems, he is in he corporate world. Not much into sports. Very fit and eats really healthy.

Any ideas?

You said he is very fit and healthy - does he belong to a gym? G.C. to gym? Is he a runner or a into a particulair sport? Do any local gyms have a rock wall? What about signing him up for a kickboxing/karate class?
